The Milken Institute, Women's Health Network
April 13 2026, I presented the Nordic Charter for Women's Health 2040 at the Milken Institute's Women's Health Network, chaired by former first lady Jill Biden, in Washington, DC.
I was invited to speak to the Women's Health Network's 3rd steering group committee meeting to set a direction for the future of women's health. It was a closed session for around 30 people but the people in the room had the power to move the needle. I asked a simple question - what does the future look like if women's health is treated as essential infrastructure to resilient and thriving societies?
In the role as co-founder of NORA, I positioned the Nordic region as a global testbed for advancing women's health, due to its universal healthcare, world-class data, high levels of trust, low transactional costs, and collaborative innovation models.

On 5 March, World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe marks International Women's Day under the theme: "Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls." I will share Nora's story, a story that has become a key figure in the Nordic Charter for Women's Health 2040.
Nora represents a visionary counterpart to today's women who move through our health systems feeling unheard, misdiagnosed, or told their symptoms are "normal."

SXSW is an annual conference for +300.000 global professionals, participating in sessions, music and comedy showcases, film and television screenings, world-class exhibitions, professional development and networking opportunities, tech competitions, awards ceremonies, and much more. I was part of the Danish delegation from The Danish Association of Industries (Dansk Industri), and voiced users' paerspectives in two panel debates. One on ethical design and another on sustainability.

I spoke at the hybrid launch event of the Nordic Charter for Women's Health 2040. Hosted at the Finnish Embassy in Copenhagen, co-hosted by The Nordic Council of Ministers, The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies and Nordic Women's Health Hub. The event marked the beginning of a cross-Nordic collaboration focused on shaping a bold, future-oriented agenda for women's health.

My Connectivity

MyConnectivity was founded by the Luxembourg government, to accelerate the country's progress towards digitalisation and connectivity. I was asked to do a talk on futures-driven innovation and the future of connectivity focusing on the year 2030. Answering questions like; what will connectivity look like 6 years from now? How will it impact our lives? And how will we as humans interact with technology to obtain the level of connectviity, we desire?

I hosted a workshop for 136 Women's Health experts from across the Nordics, at the Danish Parliament Christiansborg to co-create a vision for Nordic Women's Health in 2040. Co-hosted by The Nordic Women's Health Hub and The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. Together with policymakers, researchers, innovators, and cross-sector leaders from across the Nordics, I contributed to a shared conversation about how we fundamentally redesign women's health.

Impact Awards brings together industry players of all sizes to solve our times greatest challenges through collaboration between startups, scaleups, corporates and investors. I was asked to give a talk on the stage called "Prospective" with the theme IMAGINE. I questioned what it would take to design businesses and solutions that enhance the quality of life for customers and employees, without compromising future generations.

I also moderate panel debates and dialogues, often at the intersection of health, innovation, and futures thinking. My success criteria is to create conversations that move beyond surface-level discussion and into the space where abstract ideas become tangible.
I've moderated high-level panels such as "Power Shifts and Pressure Points" with WiLD Norway, bringing together leaders from science, business, and policy to explore how systemic change in women's health and leadership can shape our shared future.
Whether the theme is women's health, the future of leadership, or sustainable innovation, I design every debate to be inclusive, thought-provoking, and action-oriented, ensuring that all voices are heard.
Speaker Bio
Jeanette Kaeseler is a women's health advocate and speaker working to transform healthcare from a male-default, symptom-based model into a preventive system designed for all.
She is the initiator and co-author of The Nordic Charter for Women's Health 2040, co-created by 136 experts and launched in Danish Parliament with the Nordic Council of Ministers. The Charter outlines a vision for redesigning women's health through better data, stronger governance, and innovation rooted in biological and social diversity.
As co-founder of NORA, a non-profit initiative, founded to bring the vision of The Charter to life, Jeanette works to mobilize investment and partnerships for systemic change in women's health. With a background in political science and futures studies, she previously served as Head of New Business at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, advising companies and policymakers on long-term transformation.
Known for turning complex systemic issues into compelling, actionable narratives, Jeanette speaks globally on women's health, innovation, and the future of healthcare systems.
