About

Who Am I?

I'm an innovator and futurist dedicated to reimagining how we design for health, equality, and human potential. Most recently, I initiated the Nordic Charter for Women's Health 2040, a shared vision across research, policy, and investors to co-create a healthier future for women across the Nordics and beyond, involving 136 experts.

My work sits at the intersection of strategic foresight, systems design, and creativity. I help organisations translate future visions into concrete actions, bridging long-term goals with what can be done today, to move the needle.

Educated in political science and trained in futures studies, I've spent my career bridging strategy and imagination, first as Head of New Business and Strategic Advisor at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. Later with EGGS Design, Norway's leading innovation agency, as a Leader in Business Design. I've run my own consultancy since 2023 and in 2026, I've co-founded NORA, an initiative dedicated to close the women's health gap step by step.

My Health Journey

Today, my work is deeply shaped by my personal health journey and decades of navigating the realities of being a woman in one of the world's most privileged societies. Yet, it's not been a straight forward walk in life, as your health impacts you no matter if it's in your private or professional sphere.

Along the way, I began studying the female endocrine system and biochemistry on my own, determined to understand my body and hormonal health in depth. If I had known at 13 what I know today, my life would have been very different. I would have spent less time in poor health and been more energised. And I know I am not alone.

That realization sparked a conviction: somebody has to do something about the women's health gap. And that's what I'm doing, driving initiatives that push for systemic change in women's health. Today, I bring that insight into most of what I do, combining foresight and design to unlock the actions we need to take to solve some of the world's most complex problems, including closing the women's health gap.
